By creating an account, subscribing to a plan, or using Green Island Parking Car Washing services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms & Conditions.
Green Island Parking Car Wash provides professional car washing and detailing services at your parking location. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of our services at any time without prior notice.
3.1 Clients must provide accurate vehicle and contact information during account registration.
3.2 Clients must ensure their vehicle is accessible at the scheduled service time and location.
3.3 Clients are advised to remove all personal belongings and valuables from their vehicle prior to service.
3.4 Clients must not provide keys or allow workers to operate the vehicle under any circumstances.
4.1 The Company will provide car washing services using trained personnel.
4.2 The Company will make reasonable efforts to perform services as scheduled, subject to weather and operational conditions.
4.3 The Company will handle client vehicles with care during the washing process.
5.1 The Company is responsible only for damages that are a direct result of worker negligence during washing activities.
5.2 The Company is not liable for pre-existing scratches, dents, paint defects, oxidation, interior wear, or damage resulting from environmental factors.
5.3 The Company is not liable for any incident arising from the client providing keys or allowing workers to operate the vehicle, as this violates these Terms.
6.1 Payments must be made according to the selected plan, package, or subscription.
6.2 Monthly subscription fees are charged at AED 105 per vehicle. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled.
6.3 Failure to complete payment may result in service suspension.
7.1 Clients may cancel or terminate their plan or subscription with one (1) month prior notice.
7.2 Cancellations submitted with less than one month's notice will take effect the following billing cycle.
7.3 No refunds will be issued for partially used service periods unless required by law.
8.1 Clients must provide a safe, respectful environment for workers at all times.
8.2 The Company reserves the right to refuse or discontinue service if workers face unsafe conditions, harassment, or inappropriate behavior.
9.1 Services may be postponed or rescheduled due to weather conditions, safety concerns, or operational issues.
9.2 The Company may refuse service to any client who violates these Terms or engages in conduct that endangers workers or property.
We are committed to protecting your privacy. Personal information collected during registration is used solely for service delivery and will not be shared with third parties without your consent, except as required by law.
11.1 The Company may update or revise these Terms at any time.
11.2 Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. We will notify users of significant changes via email.

٣.١ يجب على العملاء تقديم معلومات دقيقة عن المركبة والاتصال أثناء تسجيل الحساب.
٣.٢ يجب على العملاء التأكد من إمكانية الوصول إلى مركبتهم في وقت ومكان الخدمة المحددين.
٣.٣ يُنصح العملاء بإزالة جميع الممتلكات الشخصية والأشياء الثمينة من مركبتهم قبل الخدمة.
٣.٤ يجب على العملاء عدم تقديم المفاتيح أو السماح للعمال بتشغيل المركبة تحت أي ظرف من الظروف.
٤.١ ستقدم الشركة خدمات غسيل السيارات باستخدام موظفين مدربين.
٤.٢ ستبذل الشركة جهودًا معقولة لأداء الخدمات كما هو مقرر، وفقًا لظروف الطقس والتشغيل.
٤.٣ ستتعامل الشركة مع مركبات العملاء بعناية أثناء عملية الغسيل.
٥.١ الشركة مسؤولة فقط عن الأضرار الناتجة مباشرة عن إهمال العامل أثناء أنشطة الغسيل.
٥.٢ الشركة غير مسؤولة عن الخدوش أو الانبعاجات أو عيوب الطلاء أو الأكسدة أو التآكل الداخلي أو الأضرار الناتجة عن العوامل البيئية الموجودة مسبقًا.
٥.٣ الشركة غير مسؤولة عن أي حادث ناتج عن تقديم العميل للمفاتيح أو السماح للعمال بتشغيل المركبة، حيث ينتهك ذلك هذه الشروط.
٦.١ يجب سداد المدفوعات وفقًا للخطة أو الحزمة أو الاشتراك المحدد.
٦.٢ رسوم الاشتراك الشهرية ١٠٥ درهم إماراتي لكل مركبة. تتجدد الاشتراكات تلقائيًا ما لم يتم إلغاؤها.
٦.٣ قد يؤدي الفشل في إتمام الدفع إلى تعليق الخدمة.
٧.١ يجوز للعملاء إلغاء أو إنهاء خطتهم أو اشتراكهم بإشعار مسبق لمدة شهر واحد (١).
٧.٢ ستدخل عمليات الإلغاء المقدمة بإشعار أقل من شهر واحد حيز التنفيذ في دورة الفوترة التالية.
٧.٣ لن يتم إصدار استرداد للفترات المستخدمة جزئيًا ما لم يكن مطلوبًا بموجب القانون.
٨.١ يجب على العملاء توفير بيئة آمنة ومحترمة للعمال في جميع الأوقات.
٨.٢ تحتفظ الشركة بالحق في رفض أو وقف الخدمة إذا واجه العمال ظروفًا غير آمنة أو مضايقات أو سلوكًا غير لائق.
٩.١ قد يتم تأجيل الخدمات أو إعادة جدولتها بسبب الظروف الجوية أو مخاوف السلامة أو المشكلات التشغيلية.
٩.٢ يجوز للشركة رفض الخدمة لأي عميل ينتهك هذه الشروط أو ينخرط في سلوك يعرض العمال أو الممتلكات للخطر.
نحن ملتزمون بحماية خصوصيتك. يتم استخدام المعلومات الشخصية التي يتم جمعها أثناء التسجيل فقط لتقديم الخدمة ولن يتم مشاركتها مع أطراف ثالثة دون موافقتك، إلا كما يقتضي القانون.
١١.١ يجوز للشركة تحديث أو مراجعة هذه الشروط في أي وقت.
١١.٢ يشكل الاستخدام المستمر لخدماتنا قبولًا للشروط المحدثة. سنقوم بإخطار المستخدمين بالتغييرات الكبيرة عبر البريد الإلكتروني.
